Kelly Harman, President
Kelly has twenty years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. She has held senior marketing and sales positions with industry leaders and emerging companies in the telecommunications, video conferencing, software and outsourcing industries.
Her background in both sales and marketing gives her the unique ability to bridge the gap that often separates those departments and develop strategic marketing initiatives that impact the bottom line of the organization. Throughout her career, she’s used this experience to help businesses increase revenue, open new markets, launch new products and services, and create strong relationships with their clients. Prior to starting her own firm, Kelly was part of a management team that grew a leading videoconferencing systems integrator from $8 million to $100 million in a five year period. She has been involved in seven M&A’s, and assisted with the branding and launch of six technology companies.
After 20 years at the receiving end of marketing departments and consulting firms, Kelly launched Zephyr Strategy in 2003 with a mission to provide practical, sales-driven business capture and strategic marketing services. As a result of this sales-centric approach, Zephyr Strategy has grown rapidly, achieving industry recognition and a solid foundation of clients including MCI, Verizon Business, Tandberg, Sony, Panasonic, Lockheed Martin and Polycom.
Kelly is President-Elect for Women In Technology and serves on the board of B.A.R.N. Transitional Housing for Women. She is past-Chairman for Success In the City, and also served as Vice-Chair for the City of Manassas Business Council.
